Enquiries may include your name, email, country, city, postal code, requested pieces and sizes, quantities, invitation code, shipment group and message. Commission and sizing forms may include measurements, preferences and reference files. Newsletter signup collects your email and consent. Please share only information needed for your request.

We use enquiry details to respond and take steps you request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General correspondence, site security and preventing invitation misuse rely on our legitimate interests in running the studio and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Records required by law are kept to meet those obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

Launch updates and newsletters are optional and rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@sergiostudio.world, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Required form fields are needed to respond; optional fields can be left blank.

Netlify hosts the website and processes submitted forms. Hosting may generate technical records such as IP addresses, request times and browser information for delivery and security. Correspondence is also handled through our email service. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Netlify is a US-based provider and processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Its data-processing terms provide contractual safeguards for international transfers. Contact Sergio for information about safeguards relevant to your data. For a personal order, necessary delivery information may be shared with the agreed carrier; details will be explained when arranging that order.

Enquiry information is kept while the conversation and any resulting arrangements remain active, and afterwards only where needed for legal obligations or resolving claims. Subscription details are kept while you remain subscribed; limited consent or suppression records may be retained to demonstrate your choices and prevent further unwanted messages. Retention depends on the purpose and any applicable legal duties, rather than an indefinite marketing archive.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Email hello@sergiostudio.world to exercise your rights. There is no solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects; invitation requests are checked personally.
