SERGIO STUDIO is taking shape. We are researching materials, refining our designs and building the first collection with our makers in Mexico City. We look forward to opening the online shop soon. Until then, explore the work in progress or contact Sergio about a personal enquiry.

Pieces are made in Mexico City. For a personal order, Sergio will confirm production timing, the delivery address, shipping charges and any import charges before payment. Please allow up to eight weeks for production and delivery, subject to the timing agreed for your piece.

Friends and family may request a shared parcel to one agreed address. Around five individually protected pieces is a packing guide, not a minimum or an order limit. The final parcel size, weight and destination determine the quote. Sharing is optional.

An enquiry can be withdrawn at any time before an order is agreed. For a purchase arranged personally, the applicable cancellation and return information will be supplied before you commit. Made-to-order production alone does not mean a piece is non-returnable. Any lawful exception for genuinely personalised work will be explained before agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If a piece arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, or a parcel is delayed, contact Sergio with your request or order reference and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess damage. Contact us for the correct return address and instructions; your statutory rights do not depend on obtaining our permission first.

Any refund due will be handled in accordance with the applicable rights and deadlines. Contact Sergio to discuss the payment and return arrangements for your personal order.
